Neil O. King, Jr.

Chief Financial Officer

Neil O. King is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of HeartScreen America, Inc.  He has been with the company since its inception in December, 2005.  He is responsible for all financial and accounting functions of company.  Mr. King is also responsible for all investor relations

Mr. King brings more than 30 years experience as a CFO, controller, accounting manager, and entrepreneur.  He has worked for both large and mid-size corporate organizations, as well as providing portfolio management services for the private investor.

Prior to joining HeartScreen America, Mr. King started a marketing company focused on developing small businesses in the greater Phoenix area.

Mr. King received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1978 from Bentley College in Massachusetts.
