Katrin Hilberath, M.B.A., PHR
Chief Human Resources Officer
Katrin Hilberath has overall responsibility for all human resources functions, including employee training and development. In addition, she acts as the internal legal consultant at HeartScreen America. Ms. Hilberath is a member of HeartScreen America’s executive committee and operating committee.
Prior to joining HeartScreen America, Ms. Hilberath was an associate attorney at law and a consultant for a law firm in Munich, Germany. During this time, she represented clients in the field of corporate and employment law. She also provided strategic counseling for start-up companies.
Ms. Hilberath has published several articles in marketing and business journals on the introduction of Human Resources Management (HRM) tools under legal aspects and on marketing actions vs. consumer rights.
Ms. Hilberath studied law and business in Germany and San Diego, CA. After graduating from law school, she accepted an assignment for the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Mumbai (Bombay), India, and mediated in trade conflicts between Indian and German companies.
